Bereavement Care

Free support following loss.

Grieving can feel isolating — but you don’t have to go through it alone. Wendy offers four, non-clinical bereavement support sessions at no cost to individuals or couples who have experienced pregnancy loss or the death of a loved one. This is a space for compassion, reflection, and gentle care as you move through your grief.

1 / Telehealth Format

All sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own space.

2 / Length

Sessions are typically 53–55 minutes.

3 / Frequency

Together, you and Wendy will decide on a schedule that best meets your needs. Session frequency may shift over time depending on your goals and progress.
