Here to Support You, With Compassion & Care
Wendy Lias is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She specializes in reproductive and parental mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, and bereavement care.

Wendy’s interest in mental health began early. As a teenager, she assisted a therapist leading a support group at a transitional housing facility for mothers and their children. While studying at Bryn Mawr College, she continued this work by helping facilitate a similar group for fathers.

After completing her Master’s degree at Case Western Reserve University, Wendy pursued additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassionate Bereavement Care, and the treatment of perinatal and postpartum distress at The Postpartum Stress Center.

Wendy is committed to providing person-centered, evidence-based care in a space that feels warm, supportive, and inclusive. Her goal is to help each client move toward greater emotional well-being, on a path that feels right for them.
